Any suggested diet trackers out there?
So with my first baby i had no troible getting my 80grams of protien a day. Now i am pregnant with twins and need 100 grams a day. But i am struggling to reach that - along with other nurtient goals for myself. So i thought a food tracker would be a great way to make aure i am getting what I should. But i haven't found one meant for pregnancy @.@ can anyone recommend one they use?
