Has anyone had a successful twin pregnancy after this?

I went to the emergency room for bleeding at almost 7weeks. I had no cramping, vomiting, pain- nothing. The drs were honestly surprised. At the end of my visit the dr told me there was two sacs (and told me that I’m having twins however he paused and said) but there is one baby & one heartbeat. So there was one sac with a baby & heartbeat, and there wasn’t anything in the other. He said it was still a little early to tell anything for sure but to see how things develop within the next few weeks. I haven’t been able to see my actual obgyn/dr yet so I’ve just been taking my prenatal and praying for the best. Based on research, I could have possibly experienced a Vanishing Twin, however some have spoken about going on to have a healthy twin pregnancy. I’m 10w 3d.

Has anyone had any positive experiences on this?
