Sick after FET

Has anyone gotten a cold right after your FET? I had my FET Monday and Tuesday woke up and had a dry throat and slight cough, been coughing constantly and chest congestion since. Losing my voice now… so bummed!!!!!!!! I had no symptoms prior at all, didn’t even feel it come on. I read there’s a phenomenon “post transfer cold”. Just worried and I haven’t taken anything just lots of fluids. Let my clinic know and they told me a list of meds I can take but I don’t wanna take my chances…. Just worried all my coughing and being sick is a problem.. 😬👎🏻 Has this happened to any of you???
