PA wic card not active?

I have wic and I was trying to register my card for the wic shopper app but when I put the card number in it says card not active? I was just at the wic office earlier getting my benefits put on it though so I’m a little confused. I missed my phone appointment last month but rescheduled and did it on the fourth of this month. I am going to try to use it tomorrow but was just curious if anyone has had this problem before. And I can’t call my wic office because they’re closed for the day and only open on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
