3rd round trying fertility meds taking my trigger tomorrow!

Hello! I just wanted to see who is also on a medicated cycle, I’ve taken Letrozole and I’m currently CD16 with my CD15 follicles being 17mm I’m scared they won’t be mature enough tomorrow for my trigger. I’m not too sure about how anything works and I’m scared nothing will work at all. Is it normal to take Letrozole CDs 3-7 and 10-14?
