i got my nexplanon implant in november 2019. it’s a 5 year treatment and i’ve called to make sure i’m not just too late. after i got it put in i completely lost my period with the excel of some spotting but rarely. in february this year i started a sexually active relationship (i’ve been active before with nexplanon, but not as much) and i can’t stop bleeding. i get my period almost twice a month now with spotting in between. i’m not sure if it’s normal because i’m in a more active relationship now or if i need to get my implant removed. help?
