so i read all the posts about how “there is always a risk” but if i am on birth control, he uses a condom and the withdrawal method, and he also checks to make sure there was no breaks in the condom nor any leakage how is there still a chance?

There’s a very very very very very minuscule chance. 
My favorite analogy is gambling in Vegas. If you play a machine that has a 99.99% chance at taking your money. All of it. No more money. The machine is going to eat it. You’re probably NOT going to take your chances and gamble on it — right? But sure there’s always that 0.1% chance of you winning. But again, the chances are extremely small. 
If you’re doing everything perfectly — perfect pill use and proper condom use, then your chances are very very very minuscule. 
I have a strong suspicion you post this question very frequently 🤔🤨 If sex gives you so much anxiety and paranoia of getting pregnant, then maybe don’t have sex for a bit. Or brush up on your sex education knowledge.
