After Letrozole, what comes next?

So I have been on Letrozole 2.5 mg and I am ovulating CD 16 consistently confirmed with bbt, but I am not getting pregnant 🤷‍♀️ We BD at all the right times and still nothing. Going on month 7 of TTC month 3 of Letrozole. What comes next if the Letrozole is helping ovulation happen but I am still not catching that bfp?

Higher dose?

Trigger shot?

Switching to Clomid?

I have an appointment next week and would like to have some ideas to ask. I know each doctor is different but just want to know what some of you ladies ended up trying?
