People who work from home how do you stay sane???
I’ve been working from home since Nov of 2020 and I don’t want to complain about it because I’m very blessed to be able to work from home I just feel like my mental health is not the best. I live with my brother but it’s not like I talk with him when he gets home cuz he’s tired from work goes in his room. But what do y’all do to stay sane??! I feel like I’m in solitary confinement!
I spend a lot of time alone. I’m single not that many friends.
I started taking a Pilates class once a week since March
Recently I found a park where I walk around the track a few times just to go outside and get some sun
I don’t have that many friends to hang out with during the week/weekend. I may hang out with a friend maybe once or twice out of the month other than that I’m with my family on weekends
I’m an introvert and homebody but then at times I’m like ugh I need to get out of my house I want to do something!!
So what do you guys do when you work from home and your trying to stay sane? Any suggestions?
