Phantom kicks 1 year postpartum??

I don’t know if it’s that I haven’t noticed it or not jut now at 1 year pp I feel phantom kicks!! I actually panicked recently and took a pregnancy test thinking I must’ve been like 4 months pregnant feeling flutters! I know it must be just natural twinges but it really does feel like kicks, anyone else?
