Question: I have been trying to get pregnant since 2020

I need some advice. I have a bicornuate uterus (not fully), I have tried rounds of clomid and letrozole, labs look good on my part and my husbands, as well as his sperm count was fine. One round of IUI without success. History, I’ve never been able to have a successful IUD in the past, even with dilating and now just recently with the IUI, due to a diagnosis of cervical stenosis (finally). The next plan is to do a D&C. Anyone have a similar story and finally have success after the D&C?
