This app has become useless and frustrating to use. Way too many pop ups that even I WANT to sign up for pro, it’s too many hoops till you get to that point.

And this app knows how bad period cramps are and yet it wants me to find that TEENY TINY X button to close over 6 times till I can f*kn enter my info and symptoms to the calendar while dealing with all that!

And you want me to pay you on top of all this??

Why use the app at this point? I can use my free icalender because you’re not offering anything different or better given everything in the free version except mind numbing pop ups. If there’s anything useful I haven’t seen it because you’ve buried it under too many ads that can’t be used anymore. I’ve been on your app for over 6 years so trust me, it’s not that I haven’t looked.

Know your user base. Know why do they use your app. Obviously it’s mostly when we’re dealing with horrible cramps or mental stress and you only add to this at this point.

Know what makes them click off because I’m doing right now.

Thanks for the shortcomings and decay year after year. The only time Glow was almost usable was pre 2017.
