California laws legalizing sex between a 14 year old and a 20-24 year old.

Pedophilia Law: SB 145
Is this normalizing or do you believe thats proper age for consent?
Says vaginal and penile sex is okay and judge discretion if placed on sex offender….but digital, oral, and anal are automatically placed on sex offender list, though a pregnancy can’t be formed from any of those.
