No sex in 2 months

My husband and i are high school sweethearts, we had our first baby and I am 5 months postpartum. Throughout our whole relationship he’s had times when he hasn’t been able to stay hard during sex. I never really questioned it until I became pregnant since it became a bigger issue. I asked him if he was attracted to me and he basically said he hadn’t been for a while. It caused a big issue and a week after he apologized and swore he loved me and swore that he didn’t mean that. He swore he is attracted to me he just thought that was the issue but it wasn’t really the case. Our sex life did get better and even after having my baby we were okay but it’s now been about 2 months and he can’t stay hard. We haven’t had sex for 2 months. He claims it’s not that he isn’t attracted to me because he says he is. He constantly tells me he loves me and that I’m beautiful and treats me good and he gets hard when he’s feeling on me and kissing me but will not try having sex with me. Any advice? What do you guys think it could be?
