Trying again after multiple miscarriages. How long did you wait to try again?

My husband and I finally decided to try again after over two years since our last loss. I've had 3 babies followed by 4 losses in a row.  We've been doing our best to get healthier, eat better and give is pregnancy the best shot possible.  How long did you guys wait to start trying?  Did you do anything different between tries especially with multiple losses? Please share!

First mc at 10.5 weeks - didn’t do anything dif after the loss. Waited 1 cycle to try. Got pregnant. 
Second - I miscarried that pregnancy at 6 w 4 days (my earliest loss so far). We didn’t even wait to try again that cycle. Got pregnant when I ovulated 4 weeks before I even had a period. I was kind of just guessing I was ovulating then but I def did bc we only had sex 2 times between that loss and finding out I was pregnant.. 2 days apart. So we weren’t fully trying but happy if it happened.. not really thinking it would! And dr did tell us after the first loss to wait 1 cycle, we did not listen but should have..
Third - that pregnancy turned out to be a missed miscarriage. At my 9 week ultrasound there was only a yolk sack. I wanted to try and pass pregnancy on my own as that’s how it happened both times before, but my body wasn’t processing it this time. So at around 11 weeks i the pill to pass the mc.
My body took 8 weeks to get my period back, and then we didn’t get pregnant for 2 cycles. 
Also after the third loss, I got testing done for reoccurant pregnancy loss. Everything came back normal. Dr thinks we just had bad luck 3 times in a row. He saw at my ultrasound for the third loss, it was a chromosome error, so he knows it was just bad luck that time at least and he’s thinking that was the case for the other 2
Around this time last year is when I found out about being pregnant that first time (besides having my daughter in 2020). I didn’t give my body a break. I ended up gaining maybe 30 pounds since the first pregnancy last year. I was in pretty good shape before that. Between my last mc to this pregnancy, I lost probably 15 pounds, cut down on sugar, and cut down on alcohol a ton (obviously that part was only in between the pregnancies), and a bit more active.. for awhile I was working out every weekday morning. Oh and my husband has been taking vitamins as well since February. (I was also continuing to take my prenatal and vitamin d)
Also I used to “drink til it’s pink”. I usually can feel my body is pregnant before a positive preg test comes back. So I would quit drinking at that point. But this time I wasn’t even drinking as much lately (I did used to drink quite a bit nightly). But this time around I didn’t have a drink a week prior to ovulation week and quit drinking since then. 
I am currently pregnant. 5 w 6 d so still early and who knows how this pregnancy is going to turn out. I’m not drinking caffeine (i did quit that the 2nd preg I miscarried too, didn’t seem to make a dif.. I’m not a big caffeine drinker as is tho, maybe 1 cup of coffee a day. Just feel better quitting it!)
But this time around I’ve lost a bit of preg weight, gave my body a break, husband started vitamins, and healthier lifestyle. If this ends in a loss, I am still glad I have tried these dif things to see if it makes any dif
