Hcg Doubled then slowly increaced

I have been getting beta HCG tests done since i was 4w because I had an early miscarriage in Feb. And These results are playing with my head? I am absolutely terrified of another miscarriage Last time HCG didn’t make it above 97. and never doubled But this time around they were:

5/9 (4w 2 days)- 70 Progesterone 19.1

5/11 (4w4d)- 135

5/15(5w)- 152

Did anyone have anything similar? I’m not cramping or bleeding like how I was with my last miscarriage and I go back in tomorrow for repeat testing.
