Not enough blood

So I just was told today, APPERENTLY my doctor who I trust is very worried about my white and red blood cell count bc they’re not working. RBC is low and WBC is high? I am showing heavy signs of anemia right now at 8 months but good news IS MY CHILD IS HEALTHY. She said I might need a blood transfusion.

I feel like when I got pregnant, I was worried about the eating and the lightheaded ness I endured naturally prior to pregnancy, so I don’t know what’s causing the anemia.
