Could this be implantation bleeding?

I had sex the 12th and I believe the 13th or the 14th and today I got this. With PCOS, my periods are irregular and I’m 36 days late.

Little story:

I had a weird feeling today where I decided to talk to my sister about how it would be funny if I was pregnant after joking around about it. (I do want to be pregnant so badly). Today I was on the phone with the internet guy bc I’m moving and out of no where (I didn’t say anything to him about wanting to be a mom or anything), he said “idk why but I feel like you’d be such a great mom!”
