I just had a still birth a couple days ago and I’m heartbroken and I feel empty like a piece of me is missing. I am still grieving my daughter’s death so I don’t want to be pregnant right now

However i was told that after 6 months to a year you can start trying again for a baby. First I’m going to lose weight because I was 275 when I became pregnant with my daughter with high blood pressure. Going to try to get down to 200, which at that weight before my blood pressures were normal.

Does having a still birth higher your chances of having another one? I’m terrified it will be happen again. I’m 25 and this was my first pregnancy
