Confused after first FET

I had my transfer on the 27th April 23, Im suppose to be 6 weeks today... i have been bleeding more then spotting but less then a heavy period from 5dp5dt to 11dp5dt (got my positive 7dp5dt) i had a few days free of it then every couple of days it comes back for a day or 2 then goes again. My levels were rising very slow 11dpt - 13, 13dpt -25, 15dpt- 39 but then 5 days later qt 20dp5dt they somehow jumped to 419 and then yesterday (Friday) at 22dp5dt they were 836 i ended up in ER with pain and more bleeding last night, they did a scan after finding my levels had again risen but said they seen nothing, i dont know if thay means no sack or conpletely nothing as the guy who done the scan was very rude, rough and turned the screen away from me... I Guess im just after some reassurancethat anybody else has gone or going through this and everything was/is ok....
