Question

Hey guys I am pregnant with my third. I will unfortunatelyhave to go back to work. I work in the OperatingRoom. So I am on my feet all day and to get a true pumping session in is going to be hard. I wanted to try the 'wearable breast pumps'. Does anyone have recommendations. I definitely want it to work and pretty quiet cause vibrating and standing there will be akward for everyone lol.

I think it would be best to consult a lactation professional, but there are tons of free resources on YouTube and Instagram. Unfortunately it would be difficult to say what would work best for you, as everyone responds differently to each pump. 
Some insurances will cover part of if not all of a portable breast pump, but I would be careful of your supply dipping if only using a portable. They’re notorious for leaving milk behind, causing supply dips. I know you said you won’t have easy access to a quiet area to pump, but I would check into the Pump Act and see if that new law protects your specific job.

If you work in a hospital you could probably borrow a pump from the NICU or L&D floor so you don’t have to bring your own to work. They have to give you breaks to pump. I did try the Elvie and willow go pumps myself and didn’t have great luck with them but I know there are plenty of ladies who do
