Toddler Getting Herself Food??

My daughter is 3 years and 7 months old. Recently she’s been going into our fridge and helping herself to food. First I found her with grapes, another time with cherry tomatoes, another time with a slice of cheese. Well today I was in the shower and get out to find her with a bowl, a spoon, a box of cereal and a chair in the fridge (to reach the milk). I also found a cup of knock off dipndots next to her bowl. She proceeded to tell me she wanted cereal then she was going to eat the ice cream. Is this normal at her age?? She’s an only child.
