Hi lady’s ! I recently had my first baby (vaginal) he was 9lbs 2oz so he was kinda big for my little body. I obviously ripped both ways but I’m 10 weeks pp and I’m still having trouble with bowel moments. I’ve been taking my stool softeners since delivery and they help but I still feel ripping pain during and I’ll be in extreme pain for hours after. In the beginning i had a lot of blood after my bowel movements now I just have a little and I know hemorrhoids are common but to this extent ? Can anybody relate ?
