Strange spotting/discharge after period ended??? Need answers plz!!

So my period ended three days ago but occasionally as I've been going to the bathroom for the past two days there's been this light brownish yellow on my tp when I wipe. It's freaky. I've never had this happen to me before. Last night when I wiped there was even what looked like a tiny brown clot?? But nothing is red, nothing is showing on my panties. It's so light that I only notice it when I look at my tp after wiping and it kind of looks like the spotting I get occasionally BEFORE I get my period. What's happening to me???
