Egg white CM after ovulation ?

Hi everyone,
I am 4 dpo (confirmed ovulation through ovulation tests).
I had some almost complete dry days after ovulation and then today I’ve had egg white cervical mucus! It’s really confusing. 
Has anyone experienced this?

Opk doesn’t confirm ovulation just the LH surge which means your body is trying to ovulate, mostly it will ovulate then but there’s a chance it fails and will try again.
About CM it doesn’t mean anything as you can get fertile cm any step of your cycle or none at all.

Opks don’t confirm ovulation or dpo. If your not temping to confirm ovulation your dpo can be off. Best to add BBT confirms ovulation and lets you know when you ovulated, dpo, luteal phase length (is from the day after ovulation to period which stays the same each cycle give or take 1-2 days. Average length is 12-14 days give or take 1-2 days.) when period is coming by temp drop or if you miss your period and your temp stays up then there is a chance for pregnancy

You can have ewcm any time of your cycle it doesnt mean you are ovulating.

Thank you! It’s all so confusing. If we don’t conceive this cycle I think we will just do the baby dance every second to third day so it won’t matter when I ovulate 😂
