Could I be pregnant?

My bf and I had protected sex May 10th (a day after my predicted ovulation window ended). My period was supposed to start May 23rd, but is now a week late. I took a pregnancy test earlier today and it came out negative - however I still don’t feel a “peace of mind” as I worry if I am pregnant because this is the first time my period has been this late after sex.

As you said apps are only a prediction they don’t know when you’ve ovulated.There’s plenty of reasons for a period being late which isn’t necessarily related to pregnancy, like hormone imbalance, stress, late or no ovulation etc..
If your period it’s still late in a week retest for a piece of mind but most likely you’ve ovulated later.
