Postpartum cycle has me stumped.
Hi! I’m 43, postpartum, TTC, and still breastfeeding. My baby girl is 7 months old. I’ve had two periods since her birth. I have no clue how on earth to conceive in this weird cycle, or if I’m even ovulating? Has anyone dealt with this?
Also, how long does the postpartum up and downs last? I’m ready to feel emotionally normal again if I’m not pregnant!
