Deodorant...

After being diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer and having a lumpectomy, I am super careful about my skincare choices. I'm in search of an aluminum free deodorant that keeps me dry and smell-free. I've tried Native and Ivory. I refuse to use Secret. Dove leaves stains.

Ok so what you’re gonna wanna do is do a detox on your pits 
Then make sure your armpits are shaved sometimes my natural deodorant won’t work if I have a small amount of hair and I’ll just have an odor 
Now I’ve gotten to the point where all I need to use is lemon/lavender essential oil

Your nature is the best natural deodorant I have ever used. I have tried so many 🙈I had to stop using all sprays and aluminium deodorants when I started getting huge lumps under my arms

I use Crystal deodorant. You can get it at Walgreens. No aluminum chlorohydrate and paraben free. It’s a mineral stick. You can use it after a shower, just apply it to wet underarms. My best friend recommended this to me, she was diagnosed with breast cancer and had double mastectomies.

I really enjoy Arm and Hammer’s Essential Natural deodorant. I kept having issues with my body chemistry changing and it seeming like one type of deodorant would work for a few months then it wouldn’t. Either that or my skin would get irritated.
I was wanting something natural and saw this at Walmart and decided to try it. I think they all go on clear (there are other arm and hammer deodorants but I think they are the white solid deodorants) and I haven’t had any issues with it messing up my clothes or it even leaving any residue on my underarms or doing that weird thing with some natural deodorants where it cakes up in tiny balls throughout the day 🤣. I also deal with sensitive skin under my arms when I shave and I only had one time where there was an issue with that so now when I shave my underarms, I sometimes wait  until the morning after to put on deodorant (yes I put on deodorant at night after I shower 😅😂)…oooooh bonus!!! If you ever forget to put on deodorant and you get that slight funk that makes you go “😳 I forgot to put on deodorant” no worries!!! Just put it on asap and (at least for me) the deodorant goes to town immediately and then I don’t smell anything except the deodorant!!!
They do smell slightly on the masculine side but I’d take that any day as a sort of border con over all the other cons I had with other deodorants!

I used Native for years, then someone recommended just using fresh squeezed lemon juice. I already drink lemon water every morning, so I tried it and it works great! All natural. And I live in the desert, so I know it works!
