What can this be ?

I took my daughter to an indoor playground a week ago today. We were there 2.5 hrs. On wed when I picked her up from school she said her foot was hot. BTW she’s delayed in her speech so it’s a bit difficult to understand her sometimes. I took her to the doc first available app which was fri. Doc said it was eczema. I was prescribed Triamcinolone Acetonide Ointment and an over the counter fungus cream. Have any moms experienced something similar any other recommendations or thoughts.
