Am I being inconsiderate?

My fiancé works ALOT (Mon-Sat 11am-10pm). He has a really crazy schedule so we really never get to spend time together. Usually when he gets home from work I ask him if we can cuddle and talk and it usually ends up with him falling asleep which isn’t a problem I know he’s tired so that’s not the thing that bugs me. What bugs me is that he falls asleep while I’m talking to him but after we are “done” talking he ends up being wide awake on his phone. Laughing and smiling but with me I barely get that. He does this all the time so I asked him last night, am I not interesting? Or what is it. You’re always falling asleep during what should be our quality time but wide awake for your phone? He just told me he can’t help but fall asleep. I said ok understood. This morning I was feeling super distant so I asked him if we could do something today and chat. He said yes, he wanted to go out of town almost 2 hours away so I was really excited to finally just spend the day with him but he’s super quiet and doesn’t want to talk. We had to wait for the fairy and he’s spend the last 2 hours sleeping. Like Jesus I know he’s tired and I feel for him having to work long hours but when exactly am I supposed to get quality time with my fiancé? I’ve tried waking up early in the mornings to chat with him then but he spends an hour in the restroom and gets out 10 minutes before he has to leave. I expressed these feelings to him and he said I just don’t want to understand how he feels but I don’t say it to bug him I just want him to understand that I feel lonely lately.
