My period Ghosted Me

I had my first Egg retrieval in Feb. of this year. Then, I was going to do a frozen transfer In March. I had a period in Feb and in March. Then, my transfer got cancelled because my lining was too thin. Since stopping meds I haven’t gotten a period. I’ve had some spotting and the Dr gave me some meds to help kickstart my period but nothing happened except for some cramping and spotting. Has this happened to anyone, after a cancelled transfer? What can I do to get my cycle going again? It’s been over 70 days since last period. 🫥
