Implantation spotting ?? Or AF ??!

I had some very light pink spotting on the 28th of this month thought was period coming but then nothing more put tampon in and was a little bit on it very light but nothing major at all few cramps on and off since then no sore boobs which normally happens when AF is coming very bloated though. Had a little more today when wipped but was the smallest amount. Could this be implantation bleeding or AF coming my last period was 7 months ago so hard to tell as I have PCOS tbh I had intercourse 13/14th may and apparently that’s when I would of ovulated according to this app ?? any help would be appreciated thank you xxxx picture below of what I have been getting but not on every wipe either
