Progesterone Supplement with Multiples

I just found out today at 6 weeks that there are two babies! I've had to be on progesterone suppositories during the first trimester of my last two pregnancies after history of recurrent miscarriage.

My question for other moms in a similar situation, did you end up needing a higher dose with multiples? I'm on 200mg twice a day and did send my doctor a message asking this question but I'm curious to hear others' experiences while I'm waiting for my doctor's recommendation.
