34 Trying for first baby..Then I find out I have Fibroids

I am 34 trying for my first baby with my 26 year old Fiance. We have been trying 2 years now but not steady. We recently decided to start back trying consistently. I was told 6 mons. ago I had Fibroids on My Ovaries at the ER.. What should my next move be? Any Suggestions
