Line Eyes?? Please help

I’ve been feeling nauseous with vomiting. I’m only 10dpo but I ovulated really early due to my nexplanon taken out on 5/17 i confirmed ovulation on 5/24 with opks and cm method. I had an early pregnancy loss in November last year and my SO and I are wanting to start a family, I’ve been taking folic acid along with prenatal vitamins and he has been taking ashwaganda vitamins along with zinc. We also have been using preseed as our lube. Maybe it’s still too early.
