Quitting smoking nicotine tips?

Ive been meaning to quit. I used to smoke nicotine for years then stopped for a bit. And was also pregnant soon after quitting and didnt pick it up for awhile. On a random night i wanted to try it again, and havent put it down since, now it’s over 2 years ive been smoking again. Well i need to quit, for my young one, and for myself. For my partner. Im so dependent on it its insane. 2 days ago was my boyfriends birthday and i told him for part of his present ill quit. And he (being weird/ funny) stuck it in his boxers and danced 😂 i was like ya definitely not gonna reach in the trash for those. Anyways, i need help. I need advice. I currently am struggling with the “withdrawal” of nicotine addiction. My body feels weird, awkward. Im extremely tired and my brain is so so foggy, the words that come out dont make sense and my memory sucks. Im also so hungry and eating everything in sight. (Happy about this one bc my appetite has been gone for awhile and ive lost too much weight). I need tips/ advice on quitting. Has anyone ever quit smoking here? How long is it until the brain fog and doomed feeling/ anxiety goes away??
