So i started bleeding and slightly cramping 2days ago and today its only when i wipe im having little twinges on my lower stomach more on the side of the pelvic actually i dont know what to think i havent passed any clots whats so ever im scared to take a test and im scared for my blood test tomorrow for my hcg levels praying its not bad news and is good news instead inshallah 🥺 cant deal with a second miscarriage in a year..

Has anyone gone through this and continued having a successful pregnancy?
