Beginner on weight loss. How do I start?
I just found out I’m unexpectedly pregnant with baby #5 and I’m honestly overweight and I hate it.
I was about to be scheduled for a hysterectomy and I got a positive test.
So I just need to lose some of my extra weight.
How do I start about working out at the gym? How do I know how much to start lifting? What are pregnancy safe exercises?
And what are some healthy quick meals ?
