Blood Clot

Hey just need advice or input to see if this is a normal size for some people. I usually have heavier periods and blood clots, i’m just scared because i’ve had to change my tampon every 3-4hours so far only today and have had one blood clot each time the size of this. I haven’t had sex in three months and have had my period twice in between now and then. I’m in the process of finding a new obgyn due to moving so i need to know if i should go to the E.R or something? Please any advice would be greatly appreciated!
