So l was on the 3months depo shot for 4years and decided to stop last year.so the last injection was on the 31/10/2022 and was supposed to get another one on the 26/01/2023 but didn’t.now l finally got my periods on the 25May for 5days but very light but more cramps.now 5days later l started spotting for 2days and 4 days later today started spotting again in the afternoon.was anyone ever on depo and how long did you have irregular periods for
