Not sure what’s wrong

Hi! so i had unprotected sex 8 weeks ago. I’ve had all negative urine pregnancy tests, but one positive digital test. So i had went and got a blood test last week to confirm and it was negative. But why am i very nauseas and having bad cramps in my left lower abdomen? i’ve also had to heavy periods since.
