Help me with products I NEED or should AVOID!

I would absolutely LOVE to hear from anyone/everyone on their suggestions for adding to or removing things from my registry! 
After giving birth to my daughter 14 years ago, we have faced MANY losses due to secondary infertility.
Five miscarriages later, we had all but given up.
Then, we were SO blessed to welcome a baby boy in
2020 - who "completed" our family! But, wait,
SURPRISE! We found out that God is amazing and our caboose is on the way! This new little boy is going to be so loved and will have an extremely excited family to welcome him! If you’re so moved to gift anything to us: Thank you from the bottom of my heart - your kindness and giving means the world! 🥰❤️

Get yourself a castor oil compress! Ive had six miscarriages and started miscarrying eith my baby girl last year. My friend gave me a castor oil compress and it saved my baby girls life. Stopped my bleeding completely. Besides that maybe I'd suggest entering the glow mama gift exchanges and doing giftcards of your choice on your wishlist (i did amazon) then watch your giftcard balance go up and purchase things you find yourself needing ive had over $100 saved up on there for a rainy day just from  $6 cards. Each kid is different and you find yourself needing different things each time in my experience.

If you have health insurance then you might be able to get a breast pump through them for free. Also, I don’t know if you have this already, but I liked having the manual hand pump from Medela. I wasn’t a fan of the breastfeeding pillows so I ended up just using our couch throw pillows. The only official breastfeeding pillow I used occasionally was the organic nesting pillow that’s stuffed with buckwheat I believe. 
I’m not a fan of most baby devices, but the Babybjorn bouncer is the only one I’d recommend. For the most part I loved leaving my kids on the floor to explore so the organic lovevery playmat is great and make sure you have a nice soft rug for your baby area. I like wool rugs. 
For your registry feel free to add more cleaning supplies because most of them offer a completion discount. For stains I like OxiClean fragrance free, Puracy stain remover spray, and the  Meliora stain stick. For general laundry I like Biokleen free and clear or I make my own. For a drying rack I like the Oxo Tot space saver bottle rack, which also works great for breastpump parts.
For sleeping my kids both loved Woolino sleep sacks so I’d get 1-2 of those. My daughter is 2 and now she loves the Woolino comforter so it might be worth registering for that to have on hand. I’d also get some extra organic crib sheets and mattress protectors (I like the Naturepedic mattress protectors). 
Register for a few books (brown bear, goodnight moon, it’s time for bed, etc) to read before bed. I used to read Brown bear out loud when I was pregnant and it was my son’s favorite book when he was born because he recognized the word patterns from utero. 
Also, I’m a big fan of air purifiers so get yourself a high quality one for the nursery (air doctor, Austin air, intellipure, IQ air, etc).

If your wanting to breast feed I highly reccomend. I used them for a short time when my nipples were tender had no problems, i would reccomend outting on breast when you can even when sore but still fantastic
