Faint line for a few days now

Guys I got a faint line since June 6 it hasn’t gotten darker. I went for a blood test on Wednesday and it came back as a 58 IU/L . I’m stressing , my hubby is out of town and I wanted to surprise him so no one knows yet but it’s killing me to keep it a secret because what if this pregnancy doesn’t stick 😫.

Has anyone ever gotten faint lines for days and still had a healthy pregnancy ? TIA
