Should I take a test and see?

Okay everyone, I had a little bit of a heavy flow yesterday but not enough to even fill a pad and now today it’s just brown and only when I wipe. The frer I took yesterday was barely there and the digital said not pregnant. I’m just confused!!!! I did have twins 2 years ago and one night after my husband and I had some fun I was bleeding a lot and bright red for a couple hours but then it stopped, when we went to our appointment they said I had 2 babies but only 1 had a heartbeat and that’s most likely why I was bleeding. I guess long story short should I even get my hopes up and take a frer?!?!?!?!
