Cream for injection sites ?

So I’m currently on 2 lubion injections daily and soon to be on a third ( blood thinning) after transfer until hopefully 12 weeks of pregnancy. I have used arnica cream but I’m looking for recommendations for a numbing cream. The stims where fine but I think because lubion is oil based it’s soooo painful especially on stretch marked skin from my son.
