New position at work .. advice ?

So I’m having an issue at my job that I would love some advice on.

I’ve been with my company for 2 years now and there is a higher position that has opened up. I have applied for it and I think I’m going to get it. My manager talked to me about it and said that I would be a great fit for it. I’m excited and nervous about it. However, there is a coworker that has been working there for many more years than me and I think she is upset that she didn’t get it. I think she’s going to try to make it difficult for me.

I’ve been there less years and I am a lot younger than her.

Any advice on how to handle this?? Thank you.
