Ugh anyone going through this?

Everytime after I pee...and I make sure to move around to have the remaining urine come out. Even when I stand up I keep the tp there. But I leave the bathroom and walk off...sit and the tiniest spot of urine comes out. I think I need to start wearing panty liners for this reason, but its such an annoyance. Definitely a pregnancy thing as I've never gone through this before.

I’m convinced at this point that my bladder is either never really empty or just has a special pouch or something it stores extra in just in case I need to cough or sneeze or move and it feels like leaking 🥴

Leaking after using the bathroom is common, but not normal! I’m a pelvic floor physical therapist and if you mention to your OB that you’re having this issue they should be able to prescribe you PT. If you’ve been constipated and straining you’re likely putting a lot of extra pressure on your bladder. Prolapse is a common complication of pregnancy, especially after vaginal birth but can be prevented/fixed if you start to strengthen early enough!

Yes, I have that too.  The worst is at night because I sleep bottomless and after I climb back in bed, I feel a dribble and have to grab a tissue.  🙄

No matter how much I wipe I always leak once I stand up. But it’s been that way since I had my last kid

I try to stimulate my vagus nerve before I get up because I always feel like there’s just a little more in the tank. Doesn’t matter I’ll be back in 30-45 minutes anyways 😅
