Advice please

So if anyone knows please help out below. Everywhere on Google it says if you have a uti do not have sex. This is to avoid the bacteria travelling further to your bladder and prevent worsening the infection. I’m after a non google answer on how bad it actually is and if avoiding sex.. in terms of intercourse.. can we still do bits because obviously I can make him orgasm and if it has to be one sided that’s okay but if he can put fingers inside to help me orgasm then obviously that would be preferable. But I don’t want to make the uti any worse. We both work a lot and we are about to have 2 days off together and we are both very horny individuals so to go without all together is not easy aha. So yeah advices please guys.
