Late onset GD???

I had blood work today to check my liver function due to suspected preeclampsia, here recently I’ve been extremely thirsty no matter how much I drink, exhausted, all over feeling horrible.
my blood work came back ok besides my glucose was at 113, normal range is 70-99, should I be worried?
