on 7 dpo I had a pretty significant temp dip, about 0.5 degrees, I wanna say it went from 97.5 to 97.0.

Then yesterday at 9 dpo I had another temp dip, however much smaller, I believe it went from 97.1/97.2 to 96.9, then back up to 97.1 today.

I also had some VERY light spotting the morning of 5 dpo that didn’t last very long at all… however the night before I did have sex so it very well could be some sort of irritation that caused it.

I know generally my temp dips could be blamed on a simple rise in estrogen, but I’m confused why I had 2, only two days apart? My period isn’t due for another 4-5 days as of today, and it’s much more likely for my periods to be late rather than early so I don’t think it’s my period coming early.

I started taking Pregnitude around beginning-mid May and since then my temps have been weirdly low… normally at this point in my cycle it’s anywhere between 97.7-98.1, but for the past 2 cycles I’m surprised if it goes over 97.5 at any point.

Any ideas or if it could be a good/bad sign? Thanks!
